Shuga + Spice Returns Policy

General

We take a lot of care to ensure we send you quality undamaged products. Should the item you receive be defective or damaged during shipping it can be returned for exchange or refund. 

Email info@shugaandspice.co.za to return/exchange an item within 7 days of receiving the order. Please quote “Return” or “Exchange” plus the order number in the email subject. Address to ship order will be confirmed by Shuga + Spice via email once return or exchange has been lodged by the customer. 

We only accept returns and exchanges on damaged or defective products. If a product is damaged due to incorrect usage, mishandling, electrical surges, damage through use of incorrect maintenance and cleaning products, normal wear tear etc, it will not be approved for refund or exchange. 

Sale items are non-refundable.

All return and exchange items must be properly and securely packed in original packaging when being shipped back to us. The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs to send items back to us. This return shipping cost will be non-refundable. 

We will need 3 days to inspect your returned products once we receive them. We will notify you via email if your return or exchange has been successful. If your return/exchange is approved, refunds will take a few days to reflect so please be patient and allow at least a week after approval before following up.

Pick up orders collection

When collecting an order, ensure that you check the item for defects before accepting the order. This includes but is not limited to scratches, cracks, chips, etc.

We are happy to help you load any goods into your vehicle but the customer will have full responsibility should any damage occur during this action.

Shuga + Spice will not be liable for damages after inspection of goods.

Only structural defects will be accepted as grounds for exchange for pick up orders.
